A New Jersey man is dead and another is hospitalized after an accident involving a car and a dump truck. Police say that the negligence of the dump truck driver led to the crash. Even though the driver was still in the hospital at the time, he faces numerous charges that include a charge of vehicular homicide in connection with the death of the other driver.
