2 New Jersey teens added to statistics re fatal car accidents

A fatal motor vehicle accident is always tragic. When children or teenagers who have just barely begun their lives are killed in car accidents, it seems the sorrow is even deeper. An entire community is feeling the recent loss of two New Jersey teenagers.

Did driver's negligence cause the death of New Jersey man?

A New Jersey man is dead and another is hospitalized after an accident involving a car and a dump truck. Police say that the negligence of the dump truck driver led to the crash. Even though the driver was still in the hospital at the time, he faces numerous charges that include a charge of vehicular homicide in connection with the death of the other driver.

Not always easy to determine how New Jersey car accidents occur

Law enforcement officials in New Jersey are often faced with situations where they are not readily able to determine how the situation occurred. Investigators trained to sift through evidence, witness statements and typically other information are brought in to solve the mystery. This applies to car accidents in the same way it applies to any other incident.

Will wrongful death claim be filed re New Jersey fatal accident?

Few people would argue with the fact that accidents where a driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs are preventable. In nearly all cases where a drunk driver caused a wreck, it might have been avoided if the driver was not impaired. If a death results from an accident involving a drunk driver in New Jersey, that driver's impairment could provide the element of negligence required to establish financial liability in a wrongful death claim.

The patient's pain failed to resolve, and after researching the man who performed her surgery, she filed a medical malpractice suit. That suit was recently settled.
